At MOUNTAIN EQUIPMENT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original hangtags and packaging are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier location and keep your drop-off receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
